The Smok’d Hog
Situated in the Vail Headquarters in South Temecula. The Smok’d Hog serves hot links, brisket, ribs, and chicken barbecue. Brined and smoked in Alabama white over night. Every single thing is handmade. even the BBQ sauce. Furthermore, the BBQ sauces are gluten-free.
The chicken is served with homemade barbecue sauce and has been smoked for at least three hours. Mayo and mustard are combined to make the potato salad. It has more of a Catalina or German style. Additionally, there were delicious handmade bacon bits on top of the potato salad.
The top of the brisket is peppered and little crispy, and it is quite soft. At least 16 hours are spent slowly roasting it. It’s absolutely tasteable.
Since 1867, Vail Headquarters has served as Temecula’s center.
